Notice at 10:45 a.m. September 3, 2025:
Update for Nakina Public School Families
Power has now been restored at Nakina Public School, and the school is open to students and staff. Parents and guardians are welcome to bring their children to school for the remainder of the day. Regular bus transportation will be available at the end of the day to bring students home.
We apologize for the inconvenience this morning's outage may have caused and look forward to welcoming students back into the school.
Notice at 7:30 a.m. September 3, 2025:
Due to an unexpected power outage, the school will be closed this morning, September 3, 2025. We are hopeful to reopen at 12:00 p.m. if power is restored.
